Maria is a Licenced Settlement Agent and joined 4 Settlements in March 2021 as our newly appointed Licensee.

 

Maria enjoys assisting clients throughout the entire Settlement process. With over 20 years’ experience in property settlements, it’s the highlight of her day to hear the client’s excitement when the phone calls are made to tell them “Congratulations your settlement has taken place”.

 

Maria overseas all settlement files in the office from start to finish.

 

Maria is a big fan of the Geelong Cats and cannot wait to one day get back over to Melbourne to see a game at the MCG. She also enjoys spending time on the weekend with her friends, going to the beach and spending time with her Labrador Shadow, who is still a big puppy at heart.
